Peter H. MacPhail


Peter’s areas of practice include Civil Litigation, Administrative Law, Criminal Law, Personal Injury and Employment Law.

Admitted to the New Brunswick Bar in 1993, Peter has been an integral member of the Gorman Nason firm since 2007.

Experienced in the courtroom, Peter has also served as an agent for Public Prosecution Service Canada for the past 18 years during which time he has prosecuted offences under the Income Tax Act, Excise Tax Act, Excise Act 2001, Canada Pension Plan Act, and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.

Married with five children, Peter keeps busy outside the office with his family and volunteering for a number of local organizations.
