Peter’s areas of practice include Civil Litigation, Administrative Law, Criminal Law, Personal Injury and Employment Law.

Admitted to the New Brunswick Bar in 1993, Peter has been an integral member of the Gorman Nason firm since 2007.

Experienced in the courtroom, Peter also served as an agent for Public Prosecution Service Canada for twenty years from 1995 to 2015 during which time he prosecuted offences under the Income Tax Act, Excise Act 2001, Canada Pension Plan Act, and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.

Peter focuses on the key issues to provide clients with fast, best, results.

Peter resides with his family in Rothesay and keeps busy outside the office with his family and volunteering for a number of local organizations.
